New Users: Please do not run the installation directly from the download window. This is a fairly large application and you will need to restart your computer once it is installed.

Save the file to your desktop or designated folder. Double-click to install.

Registered Users: Back up any data you want to save from a previous version to a temporary location then uninstall your previous version. Save file to your desktop or designated folder. Double-click to install. You will need to re-enter your user profile.

Vista Users: Please be aware that you need full administrative rights to correctly install the program. You should get a prompt when attempting to install. Just because you signed in as administrator does not necessarily mean you have full rights.

To enable full rights:
Go to Start, All programs, Accessories, then right click command prompt and click Run as Administrator. Once the command prompt opens type the following command and press enter.

net user administrator /active:yes

This command will enable the hidden Administrator account.

 Important Information for Windows Vista™ Users

The Windows Help (WinHlp32.exe) program is no longer included with the Windows Vista operating systems.

Third-party programs that include .hlp files are prohibited from redistributing the Windows Help program together with their products. This means that some of you may not be able to use the current help files included with the program.

We are currently working to convert our help system to either Html or Pdf formats. A new build will be made available when this is completed.
