Software Download Information:

New Users:
Because of issues with Vista and Win 7, we are no longer providing this software to new customers as we can not guarantee trouble free operation. We are working on a solution and will make download available as soon as we can.

Existing Customers:
If you have lost the software and need to re-install it, contact us by email at data dot designs @ verizon dot net and we will provide you with a download url to replace it. Please be aware we can not guarantee that it will function correctly with Windows Vista or beyond.

When ready to download, Do NOT select 'run' from the download window. Choose 'SAVE' and then select 'DESKTOP' as your download destination. Once downloaded, you will see a new 'package' on your desktop.

Close any programs you may have open at this time and then right-click the install exe package and select "run as administrator" to install the software. Follow installation instructions and let your computer restart when finished. You will now see a new desktop icon. Double click to start.
